This Saturday, some of our region’s most respected leaders will step onto the dance floor for a cause that reaches far beyond the stage.
Seattle Dances brings together community leaders to raise critical funds for Plymouth Housing’s work to ensure everyone has access to a safe, stable place to call home. Through our Housing First model, Plymouth pairs permanent housing with on-site services, helping neighbors move from crisis to stability and long-term well-being.
The local leaders taking the stage on March 7 are learning choreography, rehearsing late, and pushing beyond their comfort zones because they believe housing and care change lives. Get to know the dancers and join us in cheering them on.

Amy Banovich is the Managing Partner at KPMG Seattle, which provides audit, tax, and advisory services that support the complex needs of some of the area’s largest and most prominent companies. She leads market strategy and inspires nearly 700 people in this global company’s regional office.
“For me, dancing for Plymouth Housing is about more than just learning a new routine. It’s about supporting a mission that resonates with me on a personal level. I believe everyone deserves a place to call home and the support to thrive, and that’s exactly what Plymouth provides. I’ve also been so inspired by friends and colleagues who have taken the stage for Seattle Dances in the past.”
Amy’s passion for community service was ignited more than a decade ago while serving on the board of the Special Olympics USA Games. It was there that she realized the profound and multifaceted impact of community involvement.
Amy feels that same sense of impact in Plymouth’s work today. She is especially inspired by the integration of supportive services in our model — an approach that makes long-term housing possible.

Ned Carner is the CEO and Co-Founder of Wing Point Partners and a commercial real estate developer with decades of experience shaping communities through innovative development. Known for his creative, big-picture approach, he balances bold vision with strategic thinking and a strong commitment to building spaces that bring people together. Ned stays engaged as a community-minded leader committed to giving back.
“I was encouraged to dance by Angela Dunleavy, and since I’m getting married in July, I figured this might also help with my first dance. What I lack in ability, I’ll make up for in enthusiasm and enjoyment.”
With Plymouth, it’s personal for Ned. One of his close childhood friends experienced long-term homelessness despite a strong support system early in life. He often reflects on how impactful it would have been to know about Plymouth years ago, when his friend needed stability and care the most.
In Ned’s view, Plymouth Housing plays a critical role in ending homelessness by providing something many people have gone without for far too long: stability. By offering safe, secure housing, Plymouth creates the foundation people need to rebuild their lives and pursue meaningful change.
