At Plymouth Housing, we dream of a future where everyone has a home. Right now in Seattle and King County, more than 3,355 individuals are “chronically homeless,” according to most recent data from the 2020 Point-in-Time Count. These are the people at the heart of our mission. With these individuals in mind, we’re proud to unveil our three-year strategic plan for 2023–2025. By following this plan, Plymouth will make an even bigger impact on the homelessness crisis in our region.

Our strategic plan revolves around five focus areas:

  • Residents: Assessing and improving the lives of our residents
  • Staff: Improving retention and being an employer of choice
  • Operations: modernizing how we operate to support scale
  • Growth: Increasing the number of individuals housed and served
  • Financial Health: Increasing, maximizing and diversifying revenue streams
