Posted December 17, 2016

Mayor Murray and Betsy HunterThis week, the City of Seattle Office of Housing announced $47 million in affordable housing funding in 2016—and Plymouth is honored to be among those investments!

With funding from the City of Seattle and other civic sources, we’ll be able to update and preserve historic Haddon Apartments. The building provides 54 affordable, workforce apartments within walking distance of downtown transit hubs. Work is anticipated to start in the fall of 2017 and will include seismic bracing, a new roof, new windows, new finishes, floor leveling, ventilation, and a variety of other important upgrades.

We’re proud to be able to rehabilitate this piece of Seattle history so that it will continue to grace Third Avenue for decades to come!Historic Haddon Hall
