Celebrating a legacy of leadership.
Paul began his career at Plymouth in 1993, when it was a small and mighty team of 20 staff serving 370 residents in six buildings with no social service programs. After nearly three decades of leadership, Paul grew Plymouth from a grass-roots organization into an innovative, nationally recognized model of permanent supportive housing. The mission and values of the organization Paul helped build has provided Plymouth with a solid foundation to continue providing compassionate, cost-effective, and supportive care, and move people out of homelessness, permanently.
During his tenure, Paul helped Plymouth expand its portfolio to 16 properties, adopt its first strategic plan, add social services for residents, and champion advocacy and fundraising efforts, including three capital campaigns. On the eve of his departure, Plymouth’s current portfolio of 16 properties is poised to expand to 19, including its first building outside of Seattle.
