Volunteering & Group Events

Do you want to support people who have previously experienced homelessness? We have opportunities for individuals, community groups, schools, and corporate partners. You can either volunteer your time and skills as an individual, or work with us on a budget to create a meaningful service activity for your corporate group. Learn more about ways to get involved below.

Individuals

Volunteering at Plymouth Housing is a wonderful opportunity to give back to the community, no matter how large or small the task. If you are interested in donating your time and skills, fill out this form. Please note: we are limiting the number of individual volunteers across our buildings due to ongoing public health concerns and limited staff support. Examples of in-demand skills needed across our buildings:

  • Grooming/hair cuts
  • Health and wellness activities (ex: chair yoga, mindfulness/meditation)
  • Professional cleaning and organizing
  • Arts and crafts
Community Groups and Schools

We will work within your budget and vision to create a meaningful service activity for your group. Your group could host a game day, organize a meal service, or revitalize our community and garden spaces, just to name a few examples. Community-based organizations or groups should contact Bryanna Trujillo (Community Engagement Manager) at btrujillo@plymouthhousing.org.

Corporate Groups

Thank you for thinking of Plymouth Housing for your business service project or volunteer event. We look forward to working with you to design an impactful project that engages your team, builds comradery, gives back to the community, and matches your budget and vision. Our corporate groups work with us to host Lunch & Learns, build supply kits for residents, set up apartments, and more! Corporate partners can contact Mary Lagomarsino (Strategic Partnerships Manager) at mlagomarsino@plymouthhousing.org.
