Plymouth Housing Group’s newest development at 3^rd Avenue & Virginia Street in downtown Seattle will provide permanent, affordable housing to 63 single adults who have demonstrated a long-term track record of stable and successful tenancy with Plymouth.

While the majority of Plymouth’s apartment buildings serve single adults coming directly from homelessness, the new 3^rd Ave & Virginia St building will follow a different model. Residents currently in a Plymouth apartment who have shown stable tenancy and are ready to move into a more conventional apartment building will ‘graduate’ into this new property. All residents of the 3^rd & Virginia building will participate in Plymouth’s Housing Opportunities Program, which ensures residents will continue to be successful in housing.
