More than 200 Plymouth residents and staff gathered at Woodland Park on Friday, August 10 for the 17th Annual Plymouth Picnic! This is the social event of the summer for our residents, who spend the afternoon picnicking and playing games.
The Mount Baker Boys (left) have sponsored this events for many years, donating all of the picnic food and supplies. They also bring the grills and serve as grill masters for 200 guests.

“This is such an important event for our residents; they need social activities to rebuild their lives,” said Plymouth Social Services Director Carole Antoncich. “As they get to know their neighbors and our staff, they build a community of trust and a safety net here at Plymouth. That security ensures that our residents will remain housed for the long term.”
