Plymouth’s newest building project, and one of the projects of the Sustaining Hope Capital Campaign, has started construction and will be finished and ready for occupancy in early 2013.
At the ground breaking ceremony on April 6, we welcomed King County Executive Dow Constantine and Seattle City Council Members Sally Bagshaw, Nick Licata, and Mike O’Brien as well as members of Plymouth’s Board of Trustees, building partners, funders, and supporters.
The sustainably-built, LEED-certified Williams Apartments will be home to 81 homeless adults, including 40 veterans who are presently homeless or living in temporary housing.
