After years of living on the streets with disabilities and trauma, people find a home with us.

We are proof that Seattle can end homelessness.

Long-term homelessness becomes a self-perpetuating cycle without the right home. Plymouth’s permanent supportive housing breaks that cycle.

We have proof.
And our community provided the support.

We raised over $60 million to help us serve the most vulnerable adults in our community. There are three parts to this campaign:

NEW HOMES

Six new buildings with 600 apartments. 600 more people brought out of chronic homelessness and into safe, warm homes and thriving communities.

SUPPORTIVE SERVICES

Plymouth’s residents need long-term support to avoid a return to homelessness. This campaign will build an endowment to ensure future services.

HISTORIC PRESERVATION

Plymouth proudly maintains six downtown historic buildings with over 400 apartments. We’re keeping these pieces of Seattle’s history alive.

We leveraged millions in government support with your help.

Private funding from this campaign will unlock millions in local, state, and federal housing dollars. By supporting this campaign, you are also showing public funders that you support large-scale public investment in permanent supportive housing.

Early Supporters

Special thanks to the generous donors whose early support made this campaign possible!

We are proof that lives can change.

Plymouth doesn’t just build buildings. We build communities.

At Plymouth, we pride ourselves on being good neighbors. Our buildings are more than just collections of apartments: they’re homes and communities. Our residents have 24/7 support from front desk and live-in staff members, and our neighbors benefit from our proactive efforts to keep our buildings and residents safe and secure. Learn more about our development principles here.

Thank you for your support.  You are the proof that change is possible.
