Messages for Plymouth Employees

Update for January 17, 2024:

Due to inclement weather, Plymouth will be opening at 10 a.m. today.  Please refer to our Inclement Weather Policy for all the details on how this applies if you are working on-site at a residential building, working at our admin office, or working remotely.   

 

Check in with your supervisor or manager if you have any questions about your schedule.

When it comes to inclement weather, Plymouth Housing leadership will consider the following to determine whether Plymouth’s offices will have a delayed start or close for the day:

• The latest National Weather Service forecast for the area, including any advisories, watches or warnings
• Emergency/closing status of the City, County, and Seattle K-12 district
• Status of local road conditions and public transit operations and restrictions

This page will be updated by 6:00 am indicating whether the organization will have a delayed start or will be closed. Employees can also call 206-374-9409 to hear an outgoing message indicating any change in opening for business. If there is no message indicating a late opening or an office closure, we will open for business as usual.

Employees may refer to the Regional Emergency and Inclement Weather Policy for more information, which is available from Human Resources, supervisors, or on Plymouth’s SharePoint portal.
