Rendering of Plymouth Housing's new building coming to Redmond

Redmond Permanent Supportive Housing

Plymouth Housing is in the predevelopment phase to construct a new permanent supportive housing building in downtown Redmond. This project will be located at 16725 Cleveland St. and include ground-floor office space, commercial space, outdoor amenity areas, and 100 residential units for individuals earning 0-30% Area Median Income (AMI) and exiting homelessness. Groundbreaking is estimated to take place in 2025, with opening projected for 2026. This is Plymouth’s second development on the Eastside, following the 2023 opening of Plymouth Crossing in Bellevue.

Renovations at Pacific Apartments

Plymouth Housing is in the pre-construction phase to rehabilitate our Pacific Apartments, located at 317 Marion Street, Seattle. This project will focus on converting the existing single-room occupancy units in the west wing into studio units, as well as other accessibility, building system, and finish upgrades. After construction is complete, the Pacific Apartments will offer 79 studios and 10 one-bedroom units (including 2 live-in staff units) that will continue to serve people who have experienced homelessness. Our operations and use of the building will not change after construction. Our goals for the renovation include improving the quality of life for our residents, as well as addressing needed upgrades to ensure this historic downtown building remains standing for many more years to come.

Pictured: Located in Seattle’s Financial District, the Pacific Apartments were purchased by Plymouth Housing Group in 1995. This building is a recipient of the State Historic Preservation Officer’s Awards for Outstanding Achievement in Historic Preservation.

Kirkland Health Through Housing

Plymouth Housing has been selected to be the operator for the King County Health Through Housing (HTH) Initiative’s Kirkland building, located at 10530 Northup Way. Kirkland is the second HTH facility for Plymouth, following the HTH-funded Bertha Pitts Campbell Place in Seattle’s Central District. Plymouth will coordinate 24/7 on-site operations at the building and will serve people who have experienced homelessness. Renovations are managed by the building’s owner, King County, and are expected to be completed for phased opening in mid-to-late 2025.

Plymouth Housing, alongside King County and the City of Kirkland, are working with the Houghton and Linbrook Park communities to develop this site. We are excited to be expanding our services on the Eastside and look forward to continuing our partnership with the Kirkland community.
