As we mark 45 years of service, our commitment to human dignity remains constant. Since our founding, Plymouth has continued to adapt, improve, and innovate our permanent supportive housing model to meet the changing needs of our community. We have never wavered in our belief that a safe, stable home is essential for every person, and we will continue leading with best practices, compassion, and evidence-based care for decades to come.
Here is just some of what we accomplished together in 2025 with your partnership and support.

We began operating Sheila Stanton Place in Kirkland.
As part of King County’s Health Through Housing initiative, this site provides permanent supportive housing and individualized care for residents with complex needs.
We served nearly 1,400 residents across 17 buildings.
Through permanent supportive housing and essential support, we continue to help people rebuild stability and belonging — including an additional nearly 1,000 people through rental assistance programs across King County.
Service
What makes our model so successful is that we provide wrap-around services to help our residents thrive.

We evolved to meet the digital needs of our residents.
All Plymouth buildings now have universal Wi-Fi, and we launched hands-on tablet trainings at select sites, helping residents stay connected to health care, community, and opportunity.
We expanded our harm reduction practices.
We provided overdose prevention kits and continued building a harm reduction framework that centers safety, dignity, and trust for all residents.
We celebrated one year of the Plymouth Supply Center and launched seasonal supply drives.
With three drives each year, we continue to respond to residents’ needs by providing essential household items.
Advocacy
As part of the King County community, Plymouth showed up through advocacy, direct support, and statewide leadership.

We advocated for policy change at the Capitol.
From Housing and Homelessness Advocacy Day to meetings with lawmakers, we pushed for stronger, more equitable solutions that keep people housed.
We launched a campaign to help keep residents fed during the federal SNAP shutdown.
Your support ensured hundreds of thoughtful meal boxes and pantry staples reached residents at a time of real uncertainty.

This moment highlighted the statewide importance of permanent supportive housing and our role as a leader in the field.
Community
We mobilized partners, supporters, and staff to meet the growing needs of our residents.

We strengthened our community partnerships.
Dozens of corporate partners and volunteer groups helped assemble welcome baskets, refresh resident spaces, host supply drives, and support major events. Their work represents thousands of hours and significant in-kind contributions that directly benefit Plymouth residents.
We set fundraising records across all three major events.
Through Seattle Dances, the Plymouth Ambassador Board gala, and our Key to Hope luncheon, our community showed up with unprecedented generosity that fuels our mission.
We brought our community together.
We hosted a Thanksgiving celebration at Plymouth Crossing, supported resident-led events year-round, and expanded community programming across buildings.
We strengthened the next generation of advocates through the Plymouth Ambassador Board.
Rising leaders and young professionals supported our mission through hands-on fundraising, advocacy, and community engagement.
We continued growing our team to meet regional needs.
We added key positions across several departments as our work expands across King County. We also held staff appreciation events that celebrated the people who make our mission possible.
