We are excited to announce that Plymouth’s annual “Key to Hope luncheon” held on Friday, September 30, at the Westin Hotel was a great success.
In addition, thanks to the wonderful Special Appeal made by Downtown Seattle Association President Kate Joncas, and support provided by two very generous family foundations, we met our $200,000 Matching Challenge which matched all gifts $250.00 and above. With the matching challenge, the luncheon raised over $623,000.
Thank you to KING5 TV Anchor Joyce Taylor for being a wonderful Guest Emcee and to all our friends and volunteers who attended.
A big thank you to all our generous Corporate and Individual Sponsors:
Silver Sponsors
Boeing Company
Kantor Taylor Nelson & Boyd
National Equity Fund
Perkins Coie
SMR Architects
Vulcan Inc.
All of the gifts made at the Luncheon this year will support Plymouth Housing Group’s new Sustaining Hope Capital Campaign for new and refurbished homes. In January 2012, we will break ground on a new building, the Williams Apartments, in South Lake Union. This new residence will provide supportive homes for over 80 homeless people who are intent on recovery from addiction.
Check our website later this week for more event details.
