Please join us for a festive Open House Celebration of our two newest projects—the brand new A. L. Humphrey House apartments and the newly remodeled
Scargo Apartments, both located on 1st Avenue in Belltown.
Thursday, August 19
4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

A. L. Humphrey House, 111 Cedar St. at 1st Ave., and
Scargo Apartments, 2209 1st Ave. at Blanchard St., Seattle.

Plymouth’s newest building project due to be completed in July 2010, A. L. Humphrey House (left), was designed by SMR Architects and is being built by MARPAC Construction Company. The building is designed to meet State of Washington Evergreen Sustainable Development Standards. The remodeled Scargo Apartments (right) will be connected to the Lewiston Apartments with a common elevator and entry.

Combined, these buildings will provide 122 new homes for chronically-homeless people in our community.

Parking
Street parking is available on Cedar Street, 1st Avenue and near Blanchard Street. Pay parking lots are also available along 1st Avenue between Lenora and Cedar Streets.
Bus
King County Metro Bus Routes 15 and 18 stop along 1st Avenue between Cedar Street and Blanchard Street.

to bring insight to socially relevant issues like homelessness.
Suggested minimum donation is $150 per person. Proceeds from the luncheon will help Plymouth provide permanent homes
for almost 1,000 formerly homeless people. Register to attend this event
